Athletic Registration Update (2026–2027 School Year)

For the 2026–2027 school year, BigTeams has been acquired by Arbiter. As a result, Wayne Highlands School District will now use Arbiter for online sports registration, scheduling, and all services previously provided by BigTeams.

Important Registration Information

All students must complete online registration through Arbiter prior to participation.
If your child is receiving a school-provided physical, registration must be completed before the date of the school physical.
If your child is receiving a private physical, registration must be completed along with a sports physical prior to the start of the season:
- August 10 – Football & Golf
- August 17 – All other Fall Sports

Students must be registered and cleared to be eligible for participation.

Create an Arbiter Registration account
(Only one account is needed per family)
Activate your account
Check your email for an activation link (be sure to check your junk/spam folder).
Complete your student’s registration
